This page explains how details submitted through the Scott & Sons booking form and guided enquiry are handled.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, phone number and email address. You can also provide your suburb, the service you need and a message about the problem. The guided enquiry also asks about the plumbing problem, urgency and property type. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you need. A request doesn’t reserve an appointment until Scott & Sons confirms it.

Where your enquiry goes

Service requests are sent to Scott & Sons. A copy is sent to Loudachris, which manages this website and monitors enquiry delivery. Resend processes the email delivery and Vercel hosts the website. These providers may process information outside Australia.

Website and enquiry records

The website uses a session record to keep campaign details, such as the page or advert that brought you here, together with your enquiry. If present in the link you used, campaign and click identifiers are included with your request. Technical request information is used to protect the form from unwanted submissions. Delivery and rejected-submission records may contain the information you entered so an unsuccessful enquiry can be investigated.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they use booking links, phone links and enquiry forms. Analytics may use cookies and collect browser, device and campaign information. A phone-link click records the tap, not a connected call. Enquiry events record the type of form and service category; your name, email address, phone number, suburb and message aren’t included in those analytics events. Google may process analytics information outside Australia. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled for this website.

Google Maps

The contact page includes a Google Maps embed. When it loads, your browser connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address with that provider. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

You don’t need to provide a message or suburb. If you’d prefer to enquire by phone, call 02 9482 9199. You can use the same number to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information you’ve submitted.
